Uttarakhand NEET UG 2025: Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has officially released the schedule for the Special Stray Vacancy Round of NEET UG 2025 for MBBS and BDS courses
This round is being conducted for registered and eligible candidates who are not holding any seat allotted through MCC (All India Quota), other states, or Uttarakhand State counselling. The counselling process will involve online registration followed by manual (offline) seat allotment.

Important Dates & Schedule
- Re-registration & Fee Payment: 21 December 2025 to 25 December 2025 (up to 02:00 PM)
- Final Merit List & Seat Matrix Display: 26 December 2025
- Document Verification & Reporting (Offline): 30 December 2025 (10:00 AM to 12:30 PM)
- Seat Allotment: 30 December 2025 (from 02:00 PM onwards)
- Provisional Admission: 30 December 2025 (at counselling venue)
- Last Date for Completion of Admission Formalities: 31 December 2025
Eligibility Criteria for Special Stray Vacancy Round
- Candidates must be registered in previous rounds of Uttarakhand NEET UG counselling.
- Candidates must not be holding any seat allotted by:
- MCC (AIQ)
- Other State Counselling
- Uttarakhand State Counselling
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 or earlier Stray Vacancy Round but did not join are not eligible for this round.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Physical presence on 30 December 2025 is mandatory for seat allotment.
- Candidates must carry all required original documents for verification.
- No individual communication will be sent; candidates are advised to regularly visit the official university website (www.hnbumu.ac.in) for updates.
