Kolkata, October 12: The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) reopened the window for online payment and registration of the third round of WB NEET UG 2025 counselling, which was already over on October 8.
To remain current with the latest developments from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the committee has also released a revised counseling schedule.
Justification for the Change
Once MCC put out an updated All India Quota (AIQ) seat matrix with added MBBS and BDS seats, the decision was made. For the sake of openness and equity for all applicants, the additional seats are part of WBMCC’s state counselling matrix.

Revised Dates For WB NEET UG 2025
By October 11, 2025, qualified applicants for NEET UG 2025 can register and pay the counseling fee on the official website – wbmcc.nic.in.
Highlights of the Updated Schedule:
- Registration and Payment of Fees: Through October 11, 2025
- Verification of Documents: October 11-14, 2025 (at the respective medical colleges)
- Verified Candidate List & Seat Matrix: October 15, 2025 (after noon)
- Choice Filling & Locking: October 15 (4 PM) through October 17, 2025
- Results of Seat Allocation Round 3: October 22, 2025 (after 2:00 PM)
- Admission & Reporting: October 24, 25, and 27 (11 AM-4 PM)
- The Stray Vacancy Round: October 29 to October 30, 2025.

Government Medical Colleges (Kolkata):
Candidates who have been offered seats in private medical colleges must report to the designated government medical colleges in Kolkata
Private Dental Colleges
Candidates allotted seats in private dental colleges must report to Dr. R. Ahmed Dental College.
Required Documents
It is necessary to carry the following documents:
- All original documents
- fee receipts
- The compulsory bond for admission and verification.
Stray Vacancy Round Update
After round 3 concludes, WBMCC will conduct a online stray vacancy round from October 29 to 30, 2025 to fill the remaining positions in the state’s medical and dental colleges.
