Institutes and MBBS Seats Break-Up
Three colleges have reported fresh availability:

- Autonomous State Medical College, Amethi (U.P.)
Course: MBBS
Seats added (AIQ: 8): UR-01, UR-PH-01, SC-02, OBC-02, EWS-01, ST-01. - Rampurhat Government Medical College, Rampurhat (West Bengal)
Course: MBBS
Seats added (AIQ: 8): UR-03, OBC-02, SC-01, EWS-01, ST-01. - J R Medical College and Hospital (Tamil Nadu)
Course: MBBS
Seats added: 50 seats under Deemed/Paid Seats Quota.
These additions have been added to the Round-3 seat matrix, which means shortlisted candidates will be able to see them when ordering their priority list during choice filling.
Why This Matters
Seat increases at this juncture can really change the competition dynamics. Additional All India Quota (AIQ) seats in Amethi and Rampurhat increase opportunities in many categories, such as UR, UR-PH, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS.
There are more candidates willing to accept that fee structure because of the 50 deemed seats in Tamil Nadu, which could ease cut-offs and improve chances for those who are just above the line.

Conclusion
With 66 more MBBS seats–16 of AIQ at Amethi and Rampurhat together, and 50 in the deemed quota in a Tamil Nadu college-NEET UG 2025 candidates have new options in Round-3.
