City Intimation Slip for NEET 2025

Before issuing admit cards, the NTA will release city intimation slips, which provide candidates with their allocated exam city. Registered candidates can access this slip by entering their application number, date of birth, and security pin on the official website.

Instructions for Printing the Admit Card

  • On Mobile Devices: Save the admit card as a PDF and print it.
  • On PC/Laptop: Use the “Ctrl + P” shortcut, ensure the page is set to A4 size, and print the required copies.

Guidelines for Exam Day

  • Mandatory Documents:
    • NEET admit card (with a parent’s signature)
    • Passport-size photograph (as per the application form)
    • Valid ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.)
    • PwD certificate (if applicable)
  • Prohibited Items: Candidates must not carry electronic devices, calculators, written materials, food items, or metallic objects into the exam centre.
  • Reporting Time: Arrive at the centre at least an hour before the reporting time to avoid last-minute issues. Gates will close at 1:30 PM.
  • Verification: Biometric verification will be conducted to ensure authenticity.

Retrieving Credentials

  • Application Number: Use the “Forgot registration number” link on the official website, and provide details like your name, parent’s name, date of birth, and category. The application number will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • Password: Reset it via the “Forgot password” link using either an OTP or by answering your security question.
