NMC NEET UG 2026: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has officially released the updated syllabus for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2026, bringing clarity for lakhs of medical aspirants preparing for the 2026-27 academic session. The revised syllabus has been finalized by the Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB), an autonomous body under the NMC, and uploaded on the Commission’s official website for public access.
In a public notice issued on December 22, the UGMEB informed everyone – including students, coaching institutes, and medical colleges- that the updated syllabus should now be treated as the final reference for NEET UG 2026 preparation. Aspirants have been advised to realign their study plans, preparation strategies, and study materials in accordance with the revised syllabus.
