Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authority has released the tentative counselling and admission schedule for BHMS and BAMS courses for the academic year 2025-26. The e-counselling process will be conducted online and is designed to help candidates choose colleges and courses based on their NEET UG 2025 ranks.
As per the official notification (OJEE/484 dated 04.09.2025), students are advised to carefully read the Information and Instruction Brochure before registering. By participating in e-counselling, candidates agree to abide by the rules and guidelines issued by OJEE. Any mistake arising from not understanding the instructions will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.
Tentative Counselling Highlights
- Round 1 registration and choice filling begins on September 5, 2025 (12:00 Noon), with mock seat allotment on September 8. Seat allotment results for the first round will be declared on September 12 (5:00 PM).
- Round 2 registration will open on September 27, 2025, followed by seat allotment on October 4, 2025.
- Round 3 will start from October 18, 2025, with final allotment results on October 24, 2025. No withdrawals will be permitted after this round.
