Reservation for Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Category

As per the official notice, 1% of seats in private medical colleges/universities are reserved for migrants from Jammu & Kashmir due to terrorist violence.

• First Preference: Candidates fulfilling all conditions mentioned in Clause 11 of the original notification and belonging to the Jammu & Kashmir Migrants category.
• Second Preference: Candidates who are Jammu & Kashmir Migrants but do not meet all the conditions of Clause 11.

Round 3 Counselling for Eligible Candidates

The university confirmed that since the deadline for submitting willingness for Round 2 counselling has already ended, candidates under the Jammu & Kashmir Migrant category (Case-35) will now be considered in Round 3 counselling.

These candidates must apply/submit their willingness to participate in Round 3 counselling for the reserved seats as per the Punjab Government’s clarification.

Candidates under the Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Category can follow these steps to participate in Round 3 counselling:

1. Go to the official website: Visit bfuhs.ac.in.
2. Login: Use your NEET UG 2025 roll number and password.
3. Choose J&K Migrant Category: Select this option under counselling.
4. Submit willingness: Confirm that you want to take part in Round 3.
5. Fill college choices: Pick the colleges where you want admission.
6. Upload documents: Add all required certificates (NEET score, migration proof, etc.).
7. Pay the counselling fee: Complete the payment online.
