Today, October 13th Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) will close the Punjab NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Choice Filling, with results by the October 17th.
All of these applicants must lock their college and course choices on the official website, bfuhs.ac.in, by the end of 13th October if they wish to be admitted in this round.
Punjab NEET UG Seat Allotment on October 17
The results of the Round 3 provisional seat allocation will be released on October 17, 2025, in accordance with the updated counseling schedule.

Candidates who have been shortlisted must report to their respective colleges between October 18 and October 21, turn in their paperwork, and verify their admission.
Who Can Apply for Round 3
Round 3 is open to:
- Candidates who could not get any seat in previous rounds.
- Candidates who are seeking upgrade of already accepted seats.
- Fresh registrants who have undergone counselling according to BFUHS norms.
The students must go through the revised seat matrix attentively prior to filling the choices since MBBS and BDS seats have been revised according to recent All India Quota (AIQ) updates by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Steps to Fill Choices
- Login into bfuhs.ac.in with the registration credentials.
- Recheck the list of colleges and courses offered.
- Lock and choose the options prior to the last date.
- Download and keep the confirmation slip for reference.
What to Do After Allotment
Candidates must download the allotment letter and report at the allotted institution with original documents, including their domicile certificate and NEET UG 2025 scorecard, after the provisional allotment is announced. If you don’t arrive on time, your seat will be canceled.
To align the state and AIQ counseling rounds, the third round’s schedule has been aligned with the national MCC schedule.
