The Medical Counselling Committee has activated the PwD certificate portal for the candidates participating in the Stray Round of NEET UG Counselling 2025. According to the most recent information available on MCC’s official website, the portal will be accessible until 5:00 PM on November 12, 2025.
This facility allows the candidates with disabilities to create and verify their disability certificates through the designated Disability Certification Centres authorized by MCC. Candidates have to obtain their certificates strictly in accordance with the eligibility criteria prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The PwD certificate is the important document necessary for candidates looking for admission in the MBBS and BDS course under the PwD quota. Without it, students will not be able to claim reserved seats in medical and dental colleges across India during the Stray Round.
Here’s the official notification of MCC regarding the PwD Certificate Portal:

The MCC has called upon all eligible candidates to complete the certification process well in advance to avoid any inconvenience at the last minute. This move will ensure more transparency and uniformity in the verification process so that discrepancies at the time of final seat allotment are reduced to a minimum.
