The Rajasthan government’s NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board has released a revised schedule for the NEET UG 2025 Round 3 MBBS and BDS course counselling.
The NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board at SMS Medical College in Jaipur released the revision on October 14, 2025. It is in line with the revised AIQ counselling schedule that the MCC and DGHS announced.
Important Points of the New Schedule
- On October 14, the PwD/Defence/NRI category list and vacant seat matrix were made public.
- Verification of certificates for PwD, Defence, Para-Military, and NRI candidates on October 15 (9 AM) at SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
- Provisional merit lists of all categories to be released on October 15, with vacant seat matrix on October 16.
- Payment of security deposit and choice filling from October 15 to 19 (upto 2 PM); auto-locking of options at 5 PM on October 19.
- Round 3 allotment outcome to be announced on October 27.
- Download of allotment letter, payment of fee, and reporting from October 28 to November 1, 2025.

Security Deposit Structure
- ₹50,000 for Government MBBS seats
- ₹2,00,000 for Management MBBS seats
- ₹5,00,000 for Private Medical College or NRI MBBS seats
- ₹10,000 for government or private college BDS seats
Those candidates who have already deposited the amount in Rounds 1 or 2 are not required to pay again, unless their earlier deposit was forfeited or they are opting for a higher seat category.

Round 3 Eligibility
- Registered candidates who were not assigned any seat in Rounds 1 or 2.
- Joined aspirants seeking upgradation.
- Candidates who resigned prior to September 27 (5 PM).
- New registered and re-registered candidates.
- All India candidates under clause XI (“Other” category) once the state merit list gets depleted.
Candidates who are content with their current seat do not have to submit fresh choices.
Important Instructions
Fresh choice filling is mandatory for all candidates. Earlier round preferences will not be taken into account. Non-joining candidates after Round 3 allotment will lose the security deposit and will be ineligible for subsequent rounds.
Candidates who have joined subsequent to Round 3 cannot resign or withdraw from the course. PwD candidates need to collect certificates from MCC-approved centres.
