According to the notice, the provisional vacant seat matrix after Round 2 will be published on October 5, 2025. Fresh candidates or those who did not complete both parts of the registration form earlier can apply online from October 5 to October 8, 2025. Both parts of the form must be filled to be eligible for further processes. Previously registered candidates are not required to register again.
