AP MBBS 2026 Phase-II Allotment List & Phase-I MRC List Out

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr NTR UHS), Vijayawada, has released the AP MBBS Phase 2 provisional allotment list 2026 for admission under the Competent Authority Quota for 2026-27. The college-wise provisional result is available on the university website. A notice signed by the Registrar and dated 21 September 2026 announced the release. Candidates who spot any error in their allotment must report it before 3:00 PM on 21 September 2026.

Grievance Deadline and Mode

Candidates must report any discrepancy in the provisional result to the Selection Committee, Dr NTR UHS, Vijayawada, by 3:00 PM on 21 September 2026. Grievances are accepted only through the candidate’s login. Those sent or submitted any other way will not be considered. After the deadline, the provisional result will be treated as final.

What Does the College-Wise List Contain?

The list is arranged college by college. It covers more than 30 medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh, including government and private institutions such as Andhra Medical College (Visakhapatnam), Guntur Medical College, Kurnool Medical College, Rangaraya Medical College (Kakinada), S.V. Medical College (Tirupati), Siddhartha Medical College (Vijayawada) and ACSR Govt Medical College (Nellore).

For each candidate, the list shows:

• Serial number
• NEET rank
• NEET roll number
• NEET score
• Candidate name
• Gender
• Category
• Local area (such as AU, SVU or APNL)
• Allotment details (college, seat type and category)
• Phase (Phase-1 or Phase-2)

Both Phase-1 and Phase-2 entries appear in the list. In the document, roughly 3,100 entries are marked Phase-1 and about 1,200 are marked Phase-2.

Important Advisory for Candidates

The notice makes the following points clear:

• The provisional result is only indicative and subject to change.
• Candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat on the basis of the provisional result.
• The provisional result cannot be challenged before a court of law.
• Candidates should approach the allotted college only after the final result is declared and after downloading the allotment letter from the university website.

Phase-I MRC Candidates Movement List Also Published

Alongside the allotment list, Dr NTR UHS has published a list of Meritorious Reserved Category (MRC) candidates who moved to a better option in Phase-I. It is titled “Complete List of Phase-I Meritorious Reserved Category (MRC) Candidates” and is for information only.

The list covers candidates who were first allotted a seat in the Open Category and later slid to a better college in their reservation category as MRC candidates. It has 822 entries. For each candidate it shows the earlier open-category seat, the new MRC seat, category (BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE, SC2, SC3 or ST), local area, NEET rank and NEET score. The list says that seats not reported by these candidates will be filled with open category candidates as per the rules.

How to Check Your Allotment

1. Visit the Dr NTR UHS UG admissions portal using the candidate login link above.
2. Log in with your candidate credentials.
3. Check your college-wise provisional allotment in the Phase-II list.
4. If you find a discrepancy, raise it through your login before 3:00 PM on 21 September 2026.
5. Wait for the final result, download your allotment letter, and then report to the allotted college.
