Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh, has released a detailed notification inviting online applications for admission into MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2026-27 under Competent Authority (Self-Financing) seats and Management Quota [Category B1, B2] seats.
The notification covers seats in new Government Medical Colleges permitted from the 2023-24 academic year onwards, as well as Management Quota seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical and Dental Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTRUHS. A separate notification will be issued for Category-C (NRI) seats.

Eligibility Conditions
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks (40% for OBC/BC/SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Biotechnology, in addition to fulfilling NMC and Dental Council of India norms. Candidates must also complete 17 years of age by December 31, 2026.
Category B1 (15% of Category-B seats) is open to eligible candidates from across the country, filled strictly by NEET-UG merit. Category B2 (85% of Category-B seats) in private un-aided non-minority colleges is reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh, based on residence or study criteria laid down in the notification. Category-B seats in minority medical and dental colleges will be allotted to Muslim minority candidates first, with non-Muslim minority candidates considered only if seats remain vacant in the Stray Vacancy Round.
Documents to Be Uploaded
Candidates must upload scanned original documents including the NEET UG 2026 Rank Card, birth certificate (SSC memo), Intermediate marks memo, transfer certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), minority certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar, PwD certificate (if applicable), passport-size photo, and specimen signature. Study certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate are additionally required for candidates claiming Category-B2 seats.
Incomplete applications or those missing mandatory certificates will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for merit position.
