AP NEET UG 2025 Round 1: The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the Round 1 seat allotment results for MBBS and BDS courses under the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG 2025 counselling process. The college-wise allotment list is now live on the official portal, drntr.uhsap.in.
AP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Key Highlights
Date of Release: The allotment results were made available on August 25, 2025.
Meritorious Reserved Category (MRC): The university has also published a list of MRC candidates who secured admission under the open category in Phase 1 before moving up to higher preferred choices. This list includes 835 MRC candidates.
A meritorious reserved category candidate refers to a student belonging to SC, ST, or OBC categories who secures admission or a seat in a competitive exam purely on merit, without availing any reservation benefits. In other words, their performance is strong enough to place them in the general merit list, despite being from a reserved category.
How to Check the AP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment
Visit drntr.uhsap.in (or drntruhs.ap.in as referred by some portals).
Look for the link titled “MBBS 2025 Phase – I College-wise Allotments” or “Round 1 Seat Allotment Result”.
Download the PDF and locate your Name, Roll Number, NEET Rank, and allotted college details.
For MRC candidates, a separate list PDF is available for checking upgraded seat allotments.
Next Steps for Candidates:
Reporting Deadline: Provisionally allotted candidates must report to their respective colleges by August 29, 2025, up to 4 PM, with all required documents and self-attested copies.
Documents to Carry: These include the allotment letter, NEET scorecard, admit card, 10th & 12th marksheets and certificates, transfer certificate (TC), study certificates (from class 6 to intermediate), caste/category certificate (if applicable), passport-sized photographs, and other relevant documents.
Classes Commence: The academic session is slated to begin from September 5, 2025.
Future Rounds: Candidates who are not satisfied with allotments or not allotted any seat may participate in Round 2 counselling, following completion of Round 1 procedures.
