BCECEB UGMAC 2026 Round 2 Choice Filling Starts Today

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has issued a notice regarding resignation/withdrawal of seats allotted in Round 1 and has released the schedule for UGMAC 2026 Round 2 counselling. Candidates can begin online registration and choice filling from September 12, 2026.

BCECEB has released an official notice dated September 11, 2026 (Advertisement No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/06) for candidates participating in the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026 process. This counselling is applicable for admission to MBBS, BDS, BVSc & AH, and BFSc courses in Government Medical, Dental, Veterinary, and Fisheries colleges, as well as Private Medical and Dental colleges across Bihar.

Updated Seat Matrix Released

As per the notice, in continuation of earlier advertisements (No. 2026/03 dated August 25, 2026 and No. 2026/04 dated August 31, 2026), BCECEB has informed all eligible NEET (UG) 2026 qualified candidates that, based on a letter from the Health Department, Bihar (Patna Letter No. 1246(1) dated September 10, 2026), the following institutions have been added to the counselling process:

• 2 new Government Medical Colleges:

1. Sriram Janki Medical College & Hospital, Samastipur
2. Government Medical College, Chapra (Saran)

• 1 new Private Medical College:

1. Kurma Sanskriti Medical College & Hospital, Kurma, Jehanabad

Additionally, some extra seats have been added across other private medical colleges. The updated seat matrix reflecting these changes has been uploaded on the official BCECEB website.

How to Apply for UGMAC 2026 Round 2 Counselling

1. Visit the official website – bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
2. Log in using NEET (UG) 2026 roll number and other required credentials
3. Fill or edit the application form-cum-choice filling as per the updated seat matrix
4. Pay the counselling/admission fee as specified in the prospectus
5. Submit choices and download the confirmation for future reference
