Bihar NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026 Fee & Deposit Details

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has issued a corrigendum for Round 3 online application and choice filling under the Bihar UGMAC-2026 counselling. The notice is Adv. No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/12, dated October 3, 2026. It covers admission to MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.F.Sc. seats in government medical, dental and veterinary colleges, the College of Fisheries, and private medical and dental colleges of Bihar.

What Has Changed?

The notice follows Adv. No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/09, dated September 30, 2026. The board says a typographical mistake occurred in the headings of columns 2 and 3 of Point No. 9.(iv)(b). It has corrected the point, and candidates must read it as given in the corrigendum. The rest of the terms and conditions of Adv. No. 2026/09 (dated 30.09.2026) and 2026/11 (dated 02.10.2026) remain the same.

Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3: Counselling Fee

The counselling fee is non-refundable. It is Rs 1,200 for Unreserved/EWS/BC/EBC candidates and Rs 600 for SC/ST/DQ candidates (of any category). In private colleges, all candidates pay Rs 1,200.

The security deposit is refundable, and candidates pay it where applicable.

Note for B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.F.Sc.: Candidates who pay the security deposit under the government college categories and want admission to self-financed seats in these courses must pay a security deposit of Rs 50,000.

How to Pay the Counselling Fee and Security Deposit

  • After clicking “Final Submit & Proceed to Payment”, candidates must complete the payment as instructed on the screen.
  • Payment is through online mode only: debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
  • The security deposit, if applicable, must be paid online at the time of online registration and submission of the application-cum-choice filling form.
  • Candidates must also pay a processing charge on top of the counselling fee and security deposit.

If Your Payment Fails

  • If the amount is debited from your account but the transaction fails, you must pay the full fee again and make sure the payment goes through.
  • If the required amount does not reflect in the Board’s account by the due date, the application stays incomplete and will be rejected. The candidate will then not be eligible for counselling.
  • The failed transaction amount will be refunded in due course.
  • For Billdesk payments, write to bangalorepgsd@billdesk.com. For ICICI Bank payments, write to cmssupport@icici.bank.in. You can also call the helpdesk at 0612-2220230.

The notice does not give the Round 3 registration, choice filling or result dates. Candidates should check the Board’s website and earlier advertisements for the schedule.
