Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Provisional Allotment List Released

The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Chhattisgarh, has released the Round 2 Provisional Allotment List for NEET UG (MBBS/BDS) 2026-27 admissions in the state (Notice No. 1573/Chhatra/Counselling/Sanchik/2026,). The allotment list has been published for medical and dental undergraduate seats, and the scrutiny and admission process will be conducted as per the schedule notified below.

  • Government Medical & Dental Colleges: Scrutiny and admission of allotted candidates will be completed at the respective allotted institute itself.
  • Private Medical Colleges: Scrutiny will be conducted at designated Government institutes, including Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences, Shri Balaji Institute of Medical Sciences, Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences, Abhishek I. Mishra Memorial Medical College, and Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Institute of Medical Sciences – with scrutiny centralized at the Teachers Training Institute Building, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences & AYUSH University, Uparwara, Naya Raipur.
  • Private Dental Colleges: Scrutiny will be conducted at the Government Dental College, Raipur, for institutes including Maitri College of Dentistry, Rungta College of Dental Sciences, Triveni Dental College, Chhattisgarh Dental College, New Horizon Dental College, and Shri Balaji Institute of Dental Sciences.

Important Instructions

  • As per Rule 7(viii) of the Chhattisgarh Medical, Dental & Physiotherapy UG Admission Rules 2025, allotted candidates must personally appear at the allotted institute for document scrutiny by the notified deadline; failure to do so will result in automatic exclusion from the counselling and admission process for the current academic session.
  • Admission is mandatory at Government Medical Colleges. For Private Medical Colleges, Government/Private Dental Colleges, admission is not mandatory, but all allotted candidates must undergo scrutiny and be found eligible.
  • If a candidate does not take admission after Round 2 (or any subsequent round) allotment, or takes admission and later surrenders the seat, the registration fee deposited will be forfeited (as per Notice No. 1368/Chhatra/Counselling/Sanchik/2026, dated 07.08.2026).
  • Candidates whose seats are Retained from Round 1 do not need to participate in the current round’s admission process.
  • Candidates who received an Upgradation and already obtained a valid medical certificate need not undergo re-verification at the new allotted institute, but must obtain a Relieving Letter from their previous institute before completing admission at the newly allotted institute within the stipulated time.
