- Information Bulletin Available: April 28, 2025
- Application Submission Window: April 28 (from 3 PM) to May 17 (till 11:55 PM)
- Date of Examination: July 26, 2025
- Result Declaration: By August 26, 2025

About FMGE
The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE), also known as the Screening Test for Foreign Medical Graduates, was introduced under the Screening Test Regulations, 2002.
This examination is mandatory for Indian citizens and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who have obtained their primary medical qualification from a foreign medical institution. Candidates must pass the FMGE to become eligible for provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any State Medical Council, applicable to qualifications earned on or after March 15, 2002.
