The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat, has released two separate lists dated 19.09.2026 identifying candidates whose Refundable Security Deposit has been forfeited and who have been removed from the Merit List of Gujarat NEET UG Counselling 2026, following Round-2 of the Medical & Dental admission process.
Two Categories of Affected Candidates
1. Non-Reporting in Round-2 (Medical & Dental)
This list covers candidates who were allotted seats in Round-2 but failed to report at their allotted institute within the prescribed timeline. As a consequence:
- Their Refundable Security Deposit stands forfeited.
- They have been removed from the Merit List for subsequent rounds of counselling.
- The list includes a total of 711 candidates across MBBS and BDS seats allotted under Government Quota (GQ), Management Quota (MQ), and NRI Quota (NQ) at various Government Medical Colleges, GMERS Medical Colleges, Municipal Medical Colleges, and Private Medical/Dental Colleges across Gujarat.
2. Cancel Admission – Round-2
A separate, shorter list identifies candidates who cancelled their admission after being allotted seats in Round-2. As per this notice:
- 3 candidates have had their Security Deposit forfeited and been removed from the Merit List due to cancellation of admission.
- These candidates were allotted seats at GMERS Medical College, Sola, Ahmedabad (NRI Quota) and Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad (ST category, Government Quota).

What This Means for Affected Candidates
- Candidates named in either list will not be considered for further rounds of Gujarat NEET UG Counselling 2026.
- The Refundable Security Deposit paid at the time of registration will not be refunded, as per counselling rules governing non-reporting and voluntary cancellation after seat allotment.
- Candidates are advised to carefully verify their names against both lists on the official portal.
Candidates participating in future rounds are strongly urged to complete reporting formalities within the stipulated deadlines to avoid forfeiture of their security deposit and exclusion from the merit list.
