Round 2 covers BAMS and BHMS seats in Haryana. It also includes seats in the Chandigarh private college that takes part in the Haryana counselling. Registration and choice filling are online on the SKAU admission portal. Eligible NEET (UG) 2026 qualified candidates must use the link on the university website, skau.ac.in.

- Sanskaram Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Pataudi: 75 seats
- National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala, Hisar: 66 seats
- Gangaputra Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Jind: 54 seats
- Faculty of Indian Medical System, SGT University, Gurugram: 52 seats
The three government colleges have 45 seats between them:
- Baba Kheta Nath Govt. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Narnaul: 17 seats
- MSM Institute of Ayurveda, BPSMV University, Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat: 16 seats
- Institute for Ayurved Studies and Research (SKAU), Kurukshetra: 12 seats
The 14 colleges also have 68 All India Quota seats, 176 management quota seats and 45 NRI seats. The remaining seats are spread across state categories such as Open, SC, D-SC, BC-A, BC-B, ESM, EWS and PwBD.
Security fee for Round 2
Candidates must pay a security fee at registration and choice filling. The amount depends on the seats they choose.
- ₹5,000: State quota seats in government and government-aided colleges only
- ₹50,000: State quota seats in government colleges together with, or only for, state quota or management quota seats in private BAMS institutes and universities
Candidates who do not pay the security fee cannot take part in Round 2. The fee is adjusted against first-year fees if the candidate joins the allotted seat. It is forfeited if an allotted candidate does not join or surrenders the seat. It is also forfeited if the admission is cancelled because of the candidate’s wrong information or missing documents. It is refunded if no seat is allotted.
Key rules for candidates
- Fresh registration is allowed for Round 2. Candidates who registered in Round 1 do not need to register again. All candidates must still submit a declaration, fill their preferences and pay the security fee after logging in.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 can keep it. It changes only if they get a preferred seat in Round 2, so they must fill fresh choices for the colleges or courses they want to upgrade to.
- Eligibility follows the NEET (UG) 2026 Information Bulletin. A candidate must be 17 years old on or before 31 December of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for ASU-UG courses.
- Personal appearance and document verification at the allotted college are mandatory.
- Tuition fee must be paid online or by Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Shri Krishna AYUSH University, before joining. Otherwise the admission stands cancelled.
- Grievances are accepted only as a ticket on the admission portal.
- Any admission made by a private AYUSH college or private university on its own is null and void.
Documents required
Candidates must bring the originals of the following documents:
- Matriculation (10th) certificate
- Senior Secondary (10+2) certificate
- Character certificate from the last attended institute
- Haryana resident domicile certificate
- NEET 2026 scorecard
- Benchmark disability certificate, where applicable
- Proof of identification
- Caste certificate, where applicable
They must also bring two sets of self-attested photocopies and four photographs. Candidates need an affidavit stating they are not pursuing a UG BAMS or BHMS course anywhere in India. A candidate who has left original documents at another college must produce that college’s receipt and an undertaking to submit the originals within the time the allotted college sets.
