Haryana MBBS/BDS 2026 Round 2 Document Verification Dates

Rohtak, September 14, 2026: Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, has issued a Public Notice (No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/8518, dated 14.09.2026) announcing the Physical Document Verification Schedule for MBBS/BDS Round 2 admissions for the Academic Session 2026-27.

As per the notice, candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats and have deposited the applicable provisional tuition fee through the admission web portal in Round 2 must appear for physical document verification as per the category-wise schedule below.

Deposition of Provisional Tuition Fee: Online, through the admission web portal only, from 14.09.2026 to 16.09.2026 (up to 5:00 PM).

(Note: The notice mentions “14.06.2026” as the start date for fee deposition, which appears to be a typographical error given the notice is dated 14.09.2026 for Round 2 – candidates are advised to confirm the exact window on the official portal.)

Who Needs to Appear for Document Verification

The following candidates who participated in Round 2 must appear before the Admission Committee for document verification:

• Candidates “Allotted” a seat in Round 2 and who have successfully deposited the applicable provisional tuition fee
• Candidates “Upgraded” in Round 2 seats and who have successfully deposited the applicable provisional tuition fee (if any)

Important: Candidates with NO CHANGE in College/Course/Category in Round 2 do not need to appear before the admission committee.

Key Instructions

• Candidates must appear in person with their relevant original documents; failure to do so will result in their candidature not being considered.
• BCA/BCB category candidates must bring their Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated 16.07.2024, issued on or after 01.04.2026.
• OSC/SC-D/ESM/FF/EWS/PWBD category candidates must bring their latest caste/category certificate as per the Government of Haryana notification dated 27.08.2026 and other applicable public notices.
• Candidates should refer to the earlier notices UHSR/Acad./2026/A-III/7949 (dated 28.08.2026) and UHSR/Acad./2026/A-III/8200 (dated 09.09.2026) for the complete list of documents required at the time of physical verification.
