Haryana NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Provisional Merit List Released

The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Government of Haryana, has released the Round-1 provisional merit list-cum-seat allotment for candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the 2026-27 academic session.

The list, published as on September 2, 2026, covers admissions to government, government-aided and private medical and dental institutions in the state, including seats under private universities – SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram; Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala; Al-Falah University (a minority private university); and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar, under Sanskaram University.

Vanya Mittal Tops the List

Among the 6,991 candidates featured in the provisional list, Vanya Mittal, with an All India Rank of 690 and a NEET-UG 2026 score of 665, has topped the round, securing an MBBS seat at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak, under the open category.

Allotment Snapshot

Of the total candidates in the list, 2,707 have been provisionally allotted seats – 2,176 for MBBS and 531 for BDS courses – while 4,284 candidates remain unallotted in this round.

The seat allocation has been carried out based on the online preferences filled by candidates, their category, the seat matrix, NEET-UG 2026 score and rank, and in accordance with the Haryana government’s notification dated August 27, 2026, for the 2026-27 session.

Provisional in Nature, Grievance Window Open

The department has clarified that the result is provisional and subject to change, and candidates cannot claim any right over an allotted seat at this stage; the provisional result also cannot be challenged before a court of law.

Candidates who spot any discrepancy in their result can raise a grievance online through the admission portal, under the “Grievances” category, by 12:30 PM on September 2, 2026.
