Haryana NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Seat Resignation Window Announced

Rohtak: Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, has issued a Public Notice allowing candidates who joined their allotted MBBS/BDS seats in Round 1 to submit their resignation within a fixed deadline. The notice (No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/Spl-07) is dated September 10, 2026, and has been signed by the Dean Academic Affairs-cum-Chairman, Admission Committee.

Who Can Resign and By When

As per the notice, all concerned candidates who have joined their allotted institute for admission to MBBS/BDS courses for the Academic Session 2026-27 in the following categories of colleges in Haryana can resign from their Round 1 allotted seat:

• Government Medical/Dental Colleges
• Government Aided Medical/Dental Colleges
• Private Medical and Dental Educational Institutions
• Private/Minority Universities – SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram; Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala; Al-Falah University, Faridabad; and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar (under Sanskaram University)

The last date and time for submitting resignation from the Round-1 allotted seat is September 11, 2026, up to 4:00 PM.

How to Submit the Resignation

The notice makes it clear that candidates must follow the prescribed process:

• Resignation must be submitted in person at the respective allotted college
• No emails will be considered for resignation under any circumstances
• All college authorities have been directed to ensure their concerned office remains open during this period to avoid any inconvenience to candidates
