Haryana NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Counselling Schedule Released

Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak has released the tentative schedule for Round 3 counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Government, Government-Aided, and Private Medical and Dental colleges across Haryana for the Academic Session 2026-27. The public notice (No. UHSR/Acad/A-III/2026/8174) was issued on 24 September 2026.

This round also covers admissions under Private/Minority Universities, including SGT University (Budhera, Gurugram), Maharishi Markandeshwar University (Sadhopur, Ambala), Al-Falah University (Dhauj, Faridabad), and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar under Sanskaram University.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?

• Candidates registered earlier who were not allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2.
• Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1/2 but did not join.
• Candidates who have already joined a seat in Round 1/2 but wish to upgrade.
• Candidates already registered for Round 1/2 do not need to register again; only fresh registrants must sign up.

Important Points for Candidates

• Choices filled during Round 1/Round 2 are null and void – all candidates must submit fresh choices for Round 3.
• Candidates who joined in Round 1/2 and wish to upgrade must give their willingness/option online; otherwise they will not be considered eligible for Round 3.
• Security amount required to participate:
  • ₹10,000 (₹5,000 for SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD of Haryana) – for State Quota seats in Government/Government-Aided colleges only.
  • ₹1,00,000 – if opting for State Quota/Management Quota seats in Private Medical/Dental Colleges (including private universities) as well.
• If a candidate is allotted a seat as per preference in Round 3 but fails to join, the security amount will be forfeited, and the candidate becomes ineligible for further/stray rounds.
• Security deposits of candidates not allotted a seat in Round 2/3 will be refunded after the counselling process concludes.
• As per the Haryana Government notification dated 27.08.2026, vacant reserved-category seats will be reverted to their original category and filled as per merit (e.g., BC-A to BC-B to UR) within Round 3 itself.
