New Delhi, October 2025: The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has issued a notice instructing all affiliated colleges and institutes to refund the balance academic fee collected from students who withdrew their admission during the academic session 2025-26.

The directive was issued by Prof. Udayan Ghose, Director In-charge (Academic), and circulated to all affiliated colleges, the Vice-Chancellor’s office, the Registrar, and other relevant university departments for immediate action.
The University clarified that it has already processed the refund of the Part Academic Fee for candidates whose withdrawal applications were received through both online and offline modes. Colleges have now been directed to return the remaining portion of the fee deposited at the time of reporting, once students provide proof of their withdrawal reported to the University.
