They will also not be considered for any later round of counselling, even if they wish to participate.

Reporting to Institute Is Compulsory

  • Candidates must report physically to the allotted institute for admission.
  • Candidates must join the allotted seat. After joining a seat in Round 3, a candidate will not be eligible to resign or surrender it.

  • All participating institutes have been directed to treat Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays as working days.

Document Verification Process

Seats are allotted on the category and region claimed by the candidate at registration. Documents are checked later, first online and then again by the allotted institute at the time of reporting. If any query is raised on the portal, candidates must respond online within the stipulated time. The university will not send separate intimation, so candidates should check their logins regularly.

Allotments may be cancelled in these cases:

  • Failure to respond to document queries on time
  • Failure to produce the required documents at the college
