KEA NEET UG 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially opened the Round 2 option entry process for KEA NEET UG 2025 counselling. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy programmes can now enter and modify their college/course preferences through the official KEA website.

The Round 2 counselling comes shortly after the Karnataka Round 1 seat allotment results, which were declared on August 2, 2025.

  • Caution Deposit: Eligible candidates must pay a refundable caution deposit of ₹1,00,000 by August 25, 2025, to participate.
  • Exemption: Candidates already allotted seats in Round 1 need not pay again. For fresh participants, the deposit will be adjusted against tuition fees upon seat allotment.

KEA has urged candidates to review the updated seat matrix carefully and adhere strictly to the deadlines to avoid disqualification.

How to Access the Round 2 Option Entry Portal

Applicants can complete their choice-filling process by following these steps:

  • Visit the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
  • Navigate to the Admissions section and select UGNEET 2025 as required.
  • Click on the Round 2 Option Entry link.
  • Log in using your credentials.
  • Enter, modify, reorder, or delete your preferred college and course choices.
  • Save and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Note: Candidates who do not log in and provide choices will be deemed uninterested, and their Round 1 allotments will stand cancelled.

Provisional Allotment Results: August 29, 2025 (post 1 PM).
