Why Was the Round 3 Allotment Re-Run?
KEA announced the provisional Round 3 results on October 3, 2026. The allotment was then re-run for Medical and Dental courses. The re-run took into account:
- Seats cancelled by candidates
- Seats that became available because candidates opted out of counselling (Choice-4)
- The options candidates had previously entered
The final result published on October 6 is based on this re-run.
Fee Payment: What Candidates Need to Know
Candidates allotted a seat must pay the fees for Medical and Dental courses between October 7 and October 9, 2026, during banking hours. If a candidate has already paid fees, or has a caution deposit, it will be adjusted against the fee.

- Visit the official KEA website (kea.kar.nic.in).
- Check the Round 3 final seat allotment result.
- Pay the prescribed fees between October 7 and 9, 2026.
- Download the seat confirmation slip.
- Report to the allotted college with all original documents on or before October 11, 2026.
