The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for UGNEET-2025 qualified candidates to register online for admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in the state. As per the official notice, candidates who have not yet completed their registration in the KEA portal must do so on or before 11:00 AM on July 17, 2025.
This decision comes following multiple requests from candidates seeking admission for the academic year 2025–26.

So, candidates must register, submit the application, and pay the requisite fees by the given deadline using the “UGNEET-2025 new registration” link available on the KEA website.
Additionally, already registered candidates who have not yet entered their UGNEET-2025 roll numbers can now link them through the KEA portal to ensure eligibility for further counselling processes.

- Visit cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
- Click on “Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025”
- Fill in the required registration details
- Complete the application form with accurate academic and personal info
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee online
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page
- Take a printout for future reference
It’s essential to note that the SC/ST/OBC eligibility criteria, as per the reservation policy, apply only to candidates with a Karnataka domicile.
In alignment with NMC (New Delhi) guidelines dated July 24, 2023, and the AYUSH Department’s instructions, all rounds of counselling, including the Stray Vacancy Round, will be conducted exclusively in online mode by KEA.
