The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has issued a notification on the second phase allotment for Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses under KEAM 2026. The notification is dated 3 October 2026. Candidates who want their higher-order options considered must confirm their options online by 5 PM on 8 October 2026. The provisional allotment will be published on 9 October.

Courses Covered in the Second Phase
The second phase covers medical and medical allied courses, including:
- BAMS, BSMS, BHMS and BUMS
- BSc (Hons) Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Co-operation & Banking, and Climate Change & Environmental Science
- BSc MSc (Integrated) Biology and Micro Biology
- BTech Biotechnology
- BVSc & AH and BFSc
Allotment and admission to the veterinary course in this phase depends on the final order of the Veterinary Council of India on extending the closing date for admission.
Online Option Confirmation Is Mandatory
Candidates who want their higher-order options in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses considered in the second phase must log in to their home page and click the “confirm” button. After confirming, they can rearrange their higher-order options or delete unwanted courses and colleges until 5 PM on 8 October 2026.
Confirmation is required for:
- Candidates who got admission in the first phase
- Candidates who got no allotment in the first phase
Other points to note:
- Candidates who got admission in the first round and vacate the seat after confirming their options will not be considered for further allotments.
- Candidates who do not confirm their options after the first phase will keep the admission they received in the first phase, if any.
Fresh Option Registration for NSS Homoeopathic Medical College
Fresh options can be registered only for the BHMS course at Athurasramam NSS Homoeopathic Medical College.

Fee Details
- Candidates allotted a seat must take a printout of the allotment memo, pay the fee or balance fee shown in it to the allotted college, and join.
- Fee details for various colleges are on the CEE website.
- The 2026-27 fee for self-financing Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani colleges has not been fixed. Candidates allotted seats there must provisionally pay the 2025-26 fee. They will have to pay the balance if the fee fixed by the Admission Supervisory Committee, the government or the High Court for 2026-27 is higher.
- Candidates allotted under SC, ST or OEC, those covered by the government orders cited in the notification, and those from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home do not need to pay the fee at the time of admission. If they are allotted Management quota seats, they must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo and get no fee concession.
Important Note for Candidates
The notification advises candidates to file options only for courses and colleges they are sure to join. Candidates who do not take admission within the stipulated time will lose the allotment. They will also not be considered for further centralised allotment for medical and medical allied courses.
What Candidates Should Do Next
- Log in to the CEE Kerala website and click “confirm” to keep your higher-order options in the second phase.
- Rearrange or delete options before 5 PM on 8 October.
- Check the provisional allotment on 9 October and the final allotment on 10 October.
- Download the allotment memo and pay the fee or balance fee.
- Join the allotted college between 11 and 14 October, before 4 PM on the last day.
