Thiruvananthapuram, 10 October 2026: The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the KEAM 2026 AYUSH second phase final allotment for Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses. The allotment covers State quota seats in government and private self-financing colleges in Kerala for the 2026-27 academic year. Candidates can check their allotment on the CEE website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The final allotment follows the provisional list released on 9 October 2026. It was published after the CEE addressed the valid complaints received from candidates within the stipulated time.

What Candidates Must Do
- Log in to the candidate home page and print the allotment memo.
- Download the Data Sheet from the home page menu.
- Remit the fees shown in the allotment memo to the allotted college itself.
- Join the allotted course and college before 14 October 2026, 4:00 PM, with the documents listed under clause 11.7.1 of the prospectus.
Fee Concession
Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC, children of fishermen, communities eligible for OEC-level educational concession and candidates from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home do not need to pay tuition fee at admission. Those allotted under Management quota seats must pay the fee shown in the memo and will not get any concession.
Important Warning
Candidates who fail to join in time will lose their allotment and all existing higher options in the allied stream. Their registration fee is treated as a penalty and will not be refunded. The same applies to candidates who quit after taking admission.
Category claims of candidates allotted under interim court orders, or pending verification by KIRTADS, remain subject to the court’s final judgement and the final KIRTADS result. The third phase schedule will be announced later.
