Maharashtra Ayush NEET 2026 Final Merit List Released

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has released the Final Merit List and the List of Not Qualified Candidates for admission to BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses (Group B) under NEET UG 2026. Both lists have been published on the official CET Cell portal and are dated 24 September 2026.

Candidates who had registered for Ayurved, Homoeopathy, and Unani medical courses through the Maharashtra CET Cell can now check their names, All India NEET Rank, category, and candidature status.

Key Highlights

• Total candidates in the Final Merit List: Over 33,000 candidates from across Maharashtra have found a place in the Final Merit List for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS (Group B) courses.
• Not Qualified Candidates List: A separate list of 137 candidates who did not qualify for these courses has also been released.
• Courses covered: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery), and BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery).
• Category-wise details: Both lists include the candidate’s NEET All India Rank, NEET Roll Number, CET Cell Online Form Number, name, gender, category (OPEN, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, SEBC, NT, DT-VJ, etc.), NRI status, specified reservation, and candidature type (State/OMS).

How to Check Your Name in the List

1. Visit the official Maharashtra CET Cell website.
2. Navigate to the NEET UG 2026 Ayush/Group B admission section.
3. Download the Final Merit List or Not Qualified Candidates List PDF for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS (Group B).
4. Use Ctrl+F (or the search function) to locate your name, NEET Roll Number, or CET Cell Application Form Number.
5. Note your All India Rank and category status for further counselling rounds.

Important Points for Candidates

• The Final Merit List is provisional and based on the information and documents submitted by candidates during registration, along with e-verification of uploaded documents.
• Admission will be confirmed only after verification of original certificates at the respective admitting college.
• The benefit of reservation categories (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, SEBC, NT, DT-VJ, etc.) will be granted only after successful document verification.
• NRI candidates must obtain approval from the Association of Resident Indians (ARA), and PWD candidates are subject to eligibility clearance from the Medical Board.
• Course-wise eligibility for admission to Health Science courses will be as per the NEET UG 2026 Information Brochure.
