Maharashtra AYUSH UG 2026 CAP Round 1 Counselling Schedule Released

Mumbai, September 12, 2026: The State Common Entrance Test Cell (State CET Cell), Maharashtra, Mumbai, has released Notice No. 13 (No.MED-1025/CR.No.58/NEET-UG-2026/Group B&C/CAP-1/2781) announcing the Schedule of CAP Round 1 for admission into Ayurveda (BAMS), Homoeopathy (BHMS), Unani (BUMS) – Group B, and BPTH/BOTH/BASLP/BP&O and BNYS – Group C Allied undergraduate courses for the Academic Year 2026-27.

The schedule has been issued in pursuance of directives from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Ministry of AYUSH (letter dated 21.08.2026), and in accordance with the schedule declared for Central and State Counselling.

Maharashtra CAP Round 1 Schedule 2026-27 (Group B & Group C)

Note: The schedule for Publication of Seat Matrix, Final Merit List, choice filling, selection list, and joining details for Group C will be published through a separate notice. The schedule for subsequent CAP rounds of BAMS/BHMS/BUMS courses will also be declared in due course.

Important Points for Candidates

• Candidates who have already registered for Group A and wish to participate in Group B/C must log in and apply for a session – no separate fee is required.
• Candidates eligible for both Group B & C can apply from a single session; however, candidates eligible only for Group C cannot apply for Group B.
• Candidates who do not apply for the session will not be considered for the CAP process, even if otherwise eligible.
• PWD candidates must have claimed the quota at the time of NEET UG 2026 and submit an online PWD certificate from an authorised board.
• EWS classification follows the Maharashtra General Administration Department GRs dated 12.02.2019 and 07.03.2019.
• Reservation category claims must be made at the time of application; conversion from Open/General to reserved category after submission and payment will not be entertained.
• NRI candidates must register on the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before 17/09/2026 for eligibility verification, and are eligible only for 15% Institute Quota as per merit.
• Candidates failing to upload/submit requisite documents will not be considered for admission under the claimed category, and must click “Submit” after uploading documents, or the form will be rejected.
• The above schedule is subject to change as per directions from MCC/AACCC/Central Government/State Government/Hon’ble Court.
