The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the provisional selection list for CAP Round 1 for BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses under NEET UG 2026-27. The list was published on September 27, 2026, in line with the revised Group B schedule.

What the Selection List Shows

The list is a very long document of about 790 pages. It carries 27,553 candidate entries in order of NEET UG All India Rank (AIR). Of these, 10,519 candidates have been allotted a seat. The remaining entries are marked “Choice Not Available”, which means no seat could be allotted against the choices filled.

For each candidate, the list gives:

• AIR and NEET roll number
• CET form number and candidate name
• Gender and category
• Quota (such as Open, Open (W), OBC(W), EWS, EMOBC or Institute Quota)
• Allotted college code and name

The first entry is at AIR 50102, allotted to RAP AC Mumbai (Open category).

Important Instructions for Selected Candidates

• Candidates must report to the allotted college by October 1, 2026, up to 5:30 PM. This deadline includes the holiday.
• The Status Retention Form must also be filled at the college by the same deadline.
• The admitting institute will verify all original documents and check eligibility as per the NEET UG 2026 brochure.
• Candidates must submit all original documents and pay the requisite fees within the stipulated time. Otherwise the selection stands cancelled.
• Fees are to be paid by Demand Draft. As per the CET Cell’s advisory, candidates may also use NEFT/RTGS/UPI, and a cheque is allowed as a last resort. A cheque must be replaced by a DD on the next working day, which is October 1, 2026.
• Colleges cannot deny admission only because a DD is unavailable.
• The provisional allotment applies only to seats approved by the concerned council and affiliated to MUHS, Nashik. It is subject to approval by the ARA.

2. Open the NEET UG 2026 Health Science Courses (CAP) section.
3. Click the BAMS/BHMS/BUMS CAP Round 1 selection list link.
4. Search for your NEET roll number, CET form number or name in the PDF (Ctrl+F).
5. Note your allotted college, quota and category, then follow the joining instructions.
