The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has revised the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) schedule for MBBS/BDS (Group A) courses for the academic year 2026-27, extending the registration period in line with the Medical Counselling Committee’s (MCC) extension for All India Quota counselling.
The revision, issued as Notice No. 08, follows MCC’s notice dated 13/08/2026 and the State CET Cell’s earlier Notice No. 03, dated 05/08/2026.

Important Notes
- A candidate is treated as registered only after successful payment of the registration fee – payment deduction alone is not proof of registration.
- Candidates who fail to upload the requisite documents will not be considered for admission under their claimed category.
- No changes to the merit list will be entertained during the grievance window without supporting documentary proof.
- Candidates opting to pay by cheque on a bank holiday must replace it with a demand draft (DD) on the next working day; failure to do so may lead to cancellation of admission.
- The schedule is subject to change as per directions from MCC, AACCC, Central Government, State Government, or the courts.
- NRI candidates must register on the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal by 14/08/2026, 11:59 PM, for eligibility verification; the subsequent process will follow the same schedule.
- All other instructions from Notice No. 03 remain applicable.
