What the Notice Says
According to the official notice, MCC has received a list of candidates belonging to Puducherry Domicile, forwarded by the Nodal Officer, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Puducherry (Letter No. 12002/06-11/BOME/DHFWS/2026-27 dated 04.08.2026).
Based on this list, MCC has advised that only candidates whose names appear on the official Puducherry Domicile list should register for the JIPMER (Puducherry & Karaikal) Internal Quota.
Important Warning for Candidates
Candidates who claim Puducherry Domicile status and get allotted an Internal Quota seat at JIPMER will be required to submit documentary proof of their domicile status at the time of physical reporting/joining at the institute.
If a candidate fails to produce valid domicile proof, their allotted seat will be cancelled.
