Meghalaya DME Addendum: Revised Document List for MBBS/BDS Admission 2026-27 Counselling

The Office of the Director of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Meghalaya, has issued an addendum revising the list of original documents candidates must bring for the ongoing UG medical admission counselling for the academic year 2026-27.

About the Addendum

Vide No. DHSMER.150/MBBS Admission/2026-27/5292 dated 31st August 2026, the DME, Meghalaya, issued the addendum in partial modification of its earlier Notification No. DHSMER.150/MBBS Admission/2026-27/5286 dated 31st August 2026. All candidates have been asked to bring the revised set of original documents for the counselling being held at the Directorate of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME) office.

Revised List of Documents Required

As per the addendum, candidates must carry the following original documents:

1. Age Proof Certificate
2. UG-NEET Score Card (2026) and Admit Card
3. UG-NEET Admit Card (2026)
4. Domicile Certificate / Permanent Resident Certificate (if applicable)
5. Class 10 Mark Sheets and Passing Certificate
6. Class 10+2 Mark Sheets and Passing Certificate
7. ST/SC Certificate (if applicable)
8. Aadhar Card

The addendum has been issued by the Director of Health Services, Medical Education & Research (DME), Pasteur Hills, Meghalaya, Shillong, and supersedes the shorter document list mentioned in the original notification.
