Key Tips for NEET UG 2025 Counselling Success

  • Know Your Rank & Cut-offs: Check last year’s closing ranks for government & private colleges to shortlist realistic choices.
  • Fill Maximum Choices: Don’t limit options – fill as many colleges/courses as possible to increase chances.
  • AIQ vs State Quota: Apply in both if eligible. State quota requires domicile proof.
  • Deemed & Private Universities: Have backup plans for private/deemed universities, but verify their fees, NMC approval, and bond policies.
  • Consider MBBS Abroad (if necessary): If Indian private options are unaffordable or unavailable, explore NMC-approved MBBS abroad programs in Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.

Missing any step or deadline could cost you your dream MBBS seat. Plan wisely, act early, and stay informed throughout the NEET UG 2025 counselling process.
