New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NEET UG 2025 question paper for all codes on its website. Students who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) can now download the question paper and check their responses to estimate their scores.
NEET UG 2025 was conducted on May 4, 2025, across more than 5400 exam centres in India and abroad. Over 23 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, which determines admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other undergraduate medical courses.

Official Answer Key and Results
NTA is expected to release the official answer key by the third week of May 2025. After that, candidates will be allowed to challenge specific answers by paying a nominal fee. The final answer key and NEET UG 2025 result will likely be announced by early June 2025.
Score Calculation Formula
You can calculate your expected score using the following marking scheme:
- +4 marks for every correct answer
- –1 mark for every incorrect answer
- 0 marks for unattempted questions
