Important Guidelines for the NEET UG Exam

  • +4 marks will be awarded for every correct response.
  • -1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • No marks will be deducted or awarded for unanswered questions.
  • If a question has multiple correct options, candidates selecting any one of the correct answers will receive full marks (+4).
  • If all options are correct, candidates who attempt the question will be awarded full marks.
  • If none of the options are correct or the question is invalid, all candidates who appeared for NEET UG 2025 will be given full marks.
