Odisha BAMS/BHMS 2026 Round 1 Reporting Schedule Out

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to BAMS/BHMS courses under Round 1 counselling for the Academic Session 2026-27. The notice (No. OJEE/0527, dated 25 September 2026) requires all candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 to personally report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, on their notified date and time.

Key Instructions for Allotted Candidates

• Candidates must first exercise their Freeze or Float option online using their login ID before reporting.
• Admission fee of ₹8,500/- must be paid online through the candidate’s respective login ID.
• Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, College Leaving Certificate (CLC), and other required documents – along with one set of photocopies – for verification at the OJEE Cell.
• Only the candidate alone, or with one guardian, should report to complete the formalities; large groups are discouraged.
• On successful fee payment, document verification, and submission of the original Nativity Certificate and CLC, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter along with an acknowledgement of submitted documents.

Important Note: Do Not Report to the College Yet

OJEE has specifically advised candidates not to report directly at their allotted college at this stage. Candidates must wait until the entire counselling and admission process is completed – only after final counselling will OJEE forward the list of admitted students and fee details to the respective institutes, which will then complete final admission formalities.

Refunds and Fee Revisions

• Any refund due to a candidate will be processed only after final admission dates are announced, following standard government procedure.
• If the government revises the fee structure at any point, the revised fee will automatically apply to all candidates.

What Candidates Should Do

• Check the college and time slot allotted to them and report strictly within the notified schedule.
• Ensure the online admission fee payment is completed before or during the reporting process.
• Keep original documents and photocopies ready in advance to avoid delays during verification.
