The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry has announced an extension for the NEET UG 2025 Round 3 registration and choice filling for medical courses. As per the latest notice issued by CENTAC, candidates can now submit their willingness, course preferences, and registration fee till October 22Re, 2025 (5:00 PM).
The decision comes in line with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)’s revised schedule for choice filling and seat allotment.
Additionally, candidates who have already been allotted seats in Round 1 or Round 2 but wish to resign or withdraw their admission with a forfeiture fee can do so by submitting a Resignation Request Letter (as per Annexure-19 in the NEET UG Information Brochure) through their login dashboard by October 22, 2025 (5:00 PM).

Candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses under the Puducherry NEET UG 2025 Round 3 counselling can follow the steps below to complete their registration and choice filling through CENTAC:
- Visit the official website: www.centacpuducherry.in
- Login: Use your registered credentials to access the candidate’s dashboard.
- Fill willingness form: Choose “Yes” to participate in Round 3 counselling.
- Submit course preferences: Select and arrange your preferred medical/dental colleges and courses.
- Pay the registration fee: Complete the payment online before the last date- October 15, 2025 (5:00 PM).
- Save and lock choices: Verify your selections and lock them to confirm participation.
