Puducherry NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Registration Extended Till 6 Oct, 5 PM

Puducherry: The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Puducherry, has extended the last date for Round 3 registration for UG NEET based medical courses. The notice, dated 5 October 2026 (Ref. No. CENTAC/UG-NEET/2026/22), also sets the deadline for withdrawing Round 1 and Round 2 admitted seats.

Why Round 3 Registration Was Extended

According to the notice, new vacancies have arisen in CENTAC after the publication of MCC Round 3 allotment. The revised vacancies for UG NEET courses have been published on the CENTAC website. The last date for Round 3 registration and fee payment is now 6 October 2026, 5:00 PM. CENTAC has clearly stated that no further extension of time will be provided.

Resignation or Withdrawal of Round 1 / Round 2 Admitted Seat

Candidates who joined their CENTAC allotted seat in Round 1 or Round 2 and now want to resign or withdraw can do so with forfeiture of the registration fee. They must:

• Submit the Resignation Request Letter (refer to Annexure 17 in the UG NEET Information Brochure)
• Upload it through the Candidate’s Login Dashboard
• Do so on or before 06.10.2026, 5:00 PM

What Candidates Should Do
