Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, has released the provisional combined merit list for candidates who applied for the 1st round of online counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under NEET-UG 2026 in Punjab, along with a separate list for NRI category candidates.
General Merit List
A total of 5,726 candidates have been included in the provisional combined merit list for the state’s 85% quota seats. The list is topped by Arnav Jindal with 695 marks and an All India Rank of 50, followed by Ayush Gupta (689 marks, AIR 139) and Shaurya Singla (685 marks, AIR 174).
The list carries each candidate’s merit number, Punjab registration number, NEET roll number, marks, All India Rank, name, gender, father’s name, categories applied under, and eligibility status for 85% state quota seats.

NRI Candidates Merit List
A separate provisional combined merit list has also been released for NRI category candidates, split into Category-I and Category-II.
- Category-I is topped by Ayaan Gupta (502 marks, AIR 87,697), followed by Angad Singh Brar (476 marks, AIR 123,245) and Rehat Kaur Toor (406 marks, AIR 258,718).
- Category-II is topped by Adeya Achint (495 marks, AIR 97,250), followed by Vedika Kaushal (489 marks, AIR 104,962) and Siddharth Narula (463 marks, AIR 144,485).
