Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Revised Round 1 PwBD Allotment Result Out

The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board-2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has released the Revised Provisional Round-1 Seat Allotment Result exclusively for PwBD/PwD candidates, following a directive from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

As per the notice dated 18.09.2026, all allotments made to PwBD/PwD candidates in the earlier Provisional Allotment List dated 29.08.2026 (MBBS & BDS Admissions 2026, Round-1) have been declared “NULL and VOID” – applicable only to PwBD/PwD candidates – in compliance with the judgment in Civil Appeal No. 10262 of 2025, The West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd. & Ors. vs. Dipendu Biswas & Ors., 2026 INSC 330, dated 07.04.2026, concerning the correct application of horizontal reservation for Persons with Disabilities.

Why the Revision Was Necessary

The Supreme Court judgment laid down principles on how horizontal reservation for PwBD/PwD candidates must be applied and adjusted against vertical/social reservation categories. To align with this ruling, the Board revised the Round-1 allotment strictly for PwBD/PwD candidates. The revision may change a candidate’s allotted category/quota and/or college, and does not affect the Round-1 results of non-PwBD/PwD candidates.

Important Points for Candidates

• Candidates who already joined/reported under the earlier Round-1 allotment must re-report at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, within the given timeline – prior joining does not exempt them.
• Candidates who have already paid the fee need not pay again.
• All eligible PwBD/PwD candidates get a fresh opportunity for Round-2 choice filling; previously filled choices stand cancelled.
• The revised result is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility, PwBD/PwD status, category, domicile, and NEET merit/rank.
• No candidate has a vested or indefeasible right to a seat merely because it appeared in an earlier provisional list.
• The Board may verify, modify, or cancel any allotment at any stage in case of discrepancies, ineligibility, or incorrect documentation.
