Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Registration Rules Announced

The NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board-2026, Rajasthan, has issued important announcements regarding registration and participation rules for Round 3 of MBBS/BDS counselling for the academic year 2026-27. The notice was published on September 23, 2026.

Key Announcements

1. Already Registered Candidates Need Not Register Again
Candidates who have already completed registration in earlier rounds are not required to register afresh for Round 3.

2. Candidates with Incomplete Part-2 Registration
Candidates who registered in Round 1 or Round 2 but did not complete Part-2 of the registration process may complete it now.

3. Candidates Who Did Not Join After Round 2 Allotment
A candidate who was allotted or upgraded to a seat in Round 2 but did not join/report to the allotted seat (resulting in forfeiture of the security amount) and now wishes to participate in Round 3 must:

• Re-register / fill a fresh application
• Deposit the required application fee again
• Deposit the security amount again, as applicable

4. New Category – Clause XI Candidates
Candidates who are not covered under Clauses I to X of the eligibility criteria but fall under Clause XI (i.e., non-domicile candidates from outside Rajasthan state) are also required to fill the application form / register for Round 3.

What This Means for Candidates

• If you’re already registered and didn’t skip Part-2, no action needed – you’re set for Round 3.
• If you skipped Part-2 earlier, complete it now to remain eligible.
• If you got a seat in Round 2 but failed to join, you must start fresh – new registration, new fee, and new security deposit.
• Non-domicile candidates from other states who haven’t registered under any other clause must register under Clause XI.
