The Rajasthan NEET UG counselling board has issued an important notice dated September 30, 2026, for candidates taking part in Round 3 counselling. What the Notice Says

• Allotment can be cancelled. If an allotment was made on the basis of wrong information in the application form, such as domicile or caste category, it will be cancelled if the candidate cannot produce the relevant original documents during document verification. Verification takes place when the candidate reports at the allotted college desk.
• The security deposit will be forfeited. Such candidates will lose their security deposit along with the cancellation of their allotment.
• The candidate will be debarred from the stray vacancy round. Candidates whose allotment is cancelled for this reason cannot take part in the stray vacancy round.
• Candidates are responsible for the information they submit. The board has said applicants must give correct information in the application form and will be solely responsible for any wrong information submitted.

How to Correct Your Application Form

The board has said an edit option is available for correction. Candidates can also send an email for correction in Part 1 of the application form. The email should include:

• An ID proof
• The NEET score card
• The relevant documents as required in the Round 3 notification dated September 19, 2026

Deadline for Changes

The counselling board will not entertain any application for change, edit or correction after the deadline of October 3, 2026. Candidates who need to fix their domicile, caste category or other details should therefore do so before that date.

What Candidates Should Do

1. Log in to the counselling portal and check every detail in your application form, especially domicile and caste category.
2. Use the edit option to fix any mistake.
3. If the edit option does not cover your correction, email the board with your ID proof, NEET score card and supporting documents for Part 1 of the form.
4. Keep all original documents ready for verification at the allotted college.
5. Complete all corrections before October 3, 2026.
