Tripura NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment Result Out: Reporting for Admission Begins September 1

The Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC) has released the Round 1 provisional allotment result of Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS, BDS, and allied courses. Allotted candidates must report with original documents at the Directorate of Medical Education, Agartala, and their allotted institutes within the prescribed schedule.

About the Allotment Result

The Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura, published the Round 1 result on 31st August 2026 vide Ref. No. F.5(6)-DME/NEET/UG/Counselling/2026/3495. The allotment has been made on the basis of the merit list published on 29th August 2026, choices submitted by candidates, eligibility, applicable reservation policy, seat matrix, and the rules governing Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026.

Seats have been allotted across institutes including Agartala Government Medical College, Agartala Government Dental College, Tripura Medical College & Dr. BRAM Teaching Hospital, Tripura Santiniketan Medical College, and the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, among others, for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS programmes.

Documents Required

Allotted candidates must report to the Office of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Bidurkarta Chowmohani, Agartala, with:

1. Copies of documents relating to eligibility, qualification, domicile, category and sub-category
2. Four recent passport-size photographs
3. Duly executed relevant Bond(s), wherever applicable

Instructions for Candidates Allotted Outside Tripura

Candidates allotted seats in institutions outside the State of Tripura are advised to report to the DME office at the earliest for collection of their Nomination Letter and completion of formalities. Such candidates must also obtain a Medical Fitness Certificate from the concerned institution, execute a Service Bond wherever applicable before nomination, and submit the Discontinuation Bond, wherever applicable, to the admitting institution at the time of admission.

Provisional Nature of Allotment

TRMCC has clarified that the allotment and nomination are entirely provisional and subject to verification of original documents relating to eligibility, qualification, domicile, category, and sub-category. Candidates found to have submitted false, fabricated, or incomplete documents or information shall be liable for cancellation of allotment, nomination, or admission at any stage, even after admission.

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 who wish to participate in the subsequent round for upgradation shall be governed by the applicable counselling rules and subsequent notices issued by TRMCC. All disputes pertaining to the Round 1 provisional allotment result fall within the jurisdiction of Agartala, Tripura.
