The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow, has opened the choice filling process for UP NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling from September 19, 2025. Candidates who have registered and paid the counselling fee are eligible to participate in this round for MBBS and BDS admissions.
Students can log in to the counselling portal using their NEET roll number and password, followed by OTP verification, to access the choice filling section. They must carefully select and arrange their preferred colleges and courses, as seat allotment will be based on the locked choices.

Instructions for Choice Filling
- Visit upneet.gov.in and click on the “Choice Filling” link under NEET UG section.
- Enter roll number, password, and captcha to log in.
- Select and arrange colleges in order of preference as per the available seat matrix.
- Review carefully before saving and lock the choices.
Candidates are advised to complete the process before the deadline. Merely filling choices does not confirm a seat; allocation will depend on seat availability, merit rank, and reservation criteria.
