Candidates who registered and participated in Round 2 of UP NEET counselling can now check their allotted college and course on the official portal.
How to Check UP NEET UG Round 2 Result 2026
Candidates need to visit the official website upneet.gov.in, open the UP NEET UG 2026 counselling section, click on the Round 2 seat allotment result link, select the applicable course (MBBS or BDS), and enter their NEET roll number and application details to view and download the result.

About This Round
The Round 2 allotment covers admission to 85% state-quota MBBS and BDS seats in Uttar Pradesh. While 31,653 candidates were included in Round 1, Round 2 saw 33,043 candidates participate in the state counselling process.
Documents Required for Reporting
Candidates who have secured a seat must report to their allotted college within the given window, carrying originals and photocopies of the following:
- NEET admit card and NEET scorecard
- UP NEET counselling registration confirmation and provisional allotment letter
- Class 10 and Class 12 certificates and mark sheets
- Applicable domicile or category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), where relevant
